Description:
This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at A Immigration & Family Law Firm located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various immigration law matters. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing guidance and support to clients.Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the state bar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law
- Strong knowledge of immigration law and policies
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
