Description:
Recent litigation experience handling insurance defense cases in matters relating to Construction Defect Litigation (Defense/Developer), Construction, Casualty, PI (Defense) and related areas of practice. Must have excellent writing skills and legal analysis skills; take/defend depositions of expert witnesses, some trial experience (prep, lead or second chair). Some field work, Court appearances, and light travel.Must be licensed to practice in CO definitely ; these are just a plus: CA, AZ, NM, NV
