Slocumb Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Auburn, Alabama.

This is a unique opportunity to expand our established priority to help our clients obtain the justice and compensation they deserve while continuing to grow our presence in Alabama. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation and proven experience in Personal Injury litigation.

What You'll Do:

Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial
Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients
Work within established national litigation systems and case standards
Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters
Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership
Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Juris Doctor (JD)
Active Alabama Bar license and in good standing — REQUIRED
Minimum of 2 years of Personal Injury (PI) experience — REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE
Candidates without the required Personal Injury experience will not be considered
Demonstrated litigation experience, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation
Strong advocacy, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to independently manage a full inventory of both pre-lit and litigation cases
Strong client-management skills and professional judgment
Results-driven mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment
