We're hiring an experienced trial attorney, ready to step into a leadership role on day one.
What the role actually looks like
This isn't a “more of the same” position. We want someone ready to:
- Run cases. Lead matters from intake through resolution with direct partner support, not partner approval, on every move.
- First-chair depositions, hearings, arguments and trials, depending on your experience level. And second-chair trials with a clear path to first chair.
- Mentor junior associates. Build the bench while you build your own practice.
- Develop client relationships. We actively support our attorneys building their own books, and we compensate them for it.
- Shape strategy. On cases, on practice group direction, and on how we grow.
- Our caseload spans commercial litigation, employment disputes, construction, real estate, and complex civil matters across Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts.
Who We're Looking for:
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience
- PA bar admission required; NJ admission strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions and managing your own caseload
- Trial or arbitration experience (jury or non-jury, first or second chair)
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing
- The judgment, presence and client-facing maturity of a near-partner
