We are seeking an attorney with 5+ years of significant experience in handling Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist matters. Experience should include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participation in arbitrations/trials.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

JD from an accredited Law School
Admitted to practice in PA, Admission to the NJ bar a plus
Experience with drafting coverage opinions and/or experience with auto insurance-related bad faith cases a plus

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
