The Role:
The attorney will manage litigation matters involving:
- CC&R enforcement
- Contract and business disputes
- Breach of fiduciary duty claims
- Assessment enforcement
- Property damage matters
- Fair Housing and ADA issues
- Construction-related litigation
- Responsibilities include developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, taking depositions, appearing in court, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Three or more years of civil litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Excellent judgment, organization, and client-service abilities
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and practical problem-solving
