Position available for a litigation attorney with at least 6 years of experience commercial disputes, LLC member and shareholder actions, and employment law. Oregon State Bar admission is required, Washington State Bar admission is a plus. Some transactional experience would also be preferred for assistance with other business-related matters.We invite enthusiastic and collaborative attorneys to apply for a position with our boutique business and litigation law firm, located just outside the Pearl District in NW Portland.
