Ballard Spahr LLP, which recently combined with Lane Powell PC, is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its strong commercial litigation practice in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have four (4) to six (6) years of commercial litigation experience. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. Our Litigation Department represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and regularly represents clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment of a national law firm. Active bar license in Oregon, or the ability to waive in, is required. Class action experience, as well as an active bar license in Washington and/or California, are a plus.How to Apply:
