Thompson Coburn is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join its Chicago office. The practice would be varied. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and tort litigation, including drafting motions and pleadings, conducting legal research, managing discovery, taking, and defending depositions, and assisting with trial preparation. Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively with others.Candidates should be licensed to practice in Illinois. This position is open to recruiters.
The salary range for this position in our Chicago office is $220,000-$290,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one part of Thompson Coburn's total compensation and benefits package, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
