The Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Associate with at least 3-8 years of litigation experience.
The Day-To-Day:
As an associate in our Litigation practice, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking background screening cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You Have:
- 3-8 years of general litigation experience; class action experience is a plus
- Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred (but not required)
- Stellar writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively with clients and on their behalf
- Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and high emotional intelligence
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent academic credentials
- Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
- Federal Clerkship experience is a plus
- Must be licensed in the state that you reside or have the ability to waive in
