Job Description:Foster Garvey is looking for a talented Litigation Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our nationally recognized Litigation group in Portland. This is your opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex commercial disputes spanning contract and business tort litigation, real estate and employment matters, and creditors' rights cases.
From day one, you'll play an integral role—drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, attending depositions, and engaging directly with clients. You'll work alongside a dynamic team of litigation attorneys who represent clients in state and federal courts nationwide.

Job Requirements:
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice in Oregon
- 2–4 years of litigation experience
- Experience with court appearances, depositions, and discovery management
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Client-focused approach and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage significant individual responsibilities
Salary Range:
The current annualized salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's relevant experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
