Candidates should have three to five years employment law experience, . with knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, PAGA and similar state laws).

The ideal candidate should have experience handling all aspects of litigation, such as: interviewing witnesses, responding to discovery, drafting motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
