Nationwide securities litigation and arbitration boutique firm with offices in metropolitan Philadelphia and Cleveland is looking for a full-time associate attorney with 3-6 years' experience.The successful candidate will primarily work in the firm's securities litigation (class actions) and arbitration practice, with a secondary focus on ERISA and other complex litigation.
We're looking for a self-starter, quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can take the lead role in a case and deliver on time.
- Strong written and analytical skills and multitasking ability are a must.
- Experience with class actions is required.
- Experience with arbitration is useful but not required.
