The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience representing early-stage, venture capital-backed companies, early-stage investors, and venture capital funds. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills are required. Candidates must be admitted in (or taking steps to become admitted in) Illinois or Ohio.Compensation is determined by the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The anticipated salary range for this position is as follows:
Cleveland: $185,000-$215,000
Cincinnati, Columbus: $175,000-$205,000
Chicago: $215,000-$265,000
Cincinnati, Columbus: $175,000-$205,000
Chicago: $215,000-$265,000
