Description:
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an attorney with 3+ years'
experience to provide support to its strong and successful Economic
Development Finance team in the Cleveland market. Multi-year experience
working with, and knowledge of, commercial real estate finance, public
finance, or economic development finance, is a plus. Candidates with
training in tax, economics, or corporations (such as an LLM or an MBA)
are welcomed. Successful candidates will have existing exposure to, or a
strong desire to learn, tax increment finance (TIF) law, tax abatement
law, special assessment law, bond finance, and other methods of
public-private finance.
