What You'll Do:
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

Manage a civil litigation caseload with partner support
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal analysis
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court for hearings, motions, and conferences
Participate in mediations
Develop case strategy
Work with experts
Prepare matters for trial
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Who We're Looking for:

Active California Bar license
Experienced litigators are encouraged to apply
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Sound professional judgment
Ability to manage deadlines and take initiative
Collaborative and team-oriented approach
Genuine interest in developing as a litigator
Experience in general liability, personal injury, insurance defense, construction defect, premises liability, transportation, or trial work is a plus, but not required.
