Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel and advocacy for clients navigating complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and spousal support. Your energetic approach and strong negotiation skills will help clients achieve favorable outcomes while ensuring compliance with all relevant statutes and regulations. Duties:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy and trial preparation.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings.
- Manage assigned cases, deadlines, and client communications efficiently.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to effectively manage cases and deadlines.
Experience:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- 0–2 years of experience practicing law. Family law experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
- Strong legal research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced law office.
- Courtroom or litigation experience is a plus
