We are a multi-jurisdictional litigation firm. This is an opportunity for the qualified candidate to build his or her own book of business. We have no minimum billable hour requirement. You will be reviewed on the quality of your work--not on how many hours you can bill.Position Overview:
The attorney will work directly with clients and handle litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial throughout the country.
Responsibilities:
- Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and updates
- Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license
- Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal writing and courtroom skills
- Experience handling discovery, motions, and client communications
