Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is a growing national law firm seeking a motivated Legal Collections Attorney to join our Financial Services Central Division in Solon, Ohio. We're looking for an attorney who is client-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.What You'll Do:
- Represent clients at hearings throughout Ohio
- Manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research, negotiation, and advocacy
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and the public
- Collaborate with and coordinate your team
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Ohio law license in good standing
- At least 1 year of law clerk or practicing attorney experience
- Creditors' Rights or Collections experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the FDCPA and applicable state and federal collections laws
- Strong legal research, writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to travel regularly to courts throughout Ohio
- Kentucky and/or West Virginia bar admission is a plus
- Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus
