About Us:
We are a fast-paced and collaborative litigation firm seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Law & Motion Attorney to join our growing team. This hybrid position offers flexibility while providing meaningful opportunities to work on complex litigation matters throughout California.

Position Overview:
The Law & Motion Attorney will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and arguing substantive motions in state and federal court matters. The ideal candidate has strong legal writing skills, excellent analytical abilities, and experience managing litigation deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and oppose Motions for Summary Judgment
  • Prepare demurrers, motions to compel, motions in limine, discovery motions, and ex parte applications
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Prepare memoranda, pleadings, and supporting declarations
  • Attend hearings remotely and in person as needed
  • Collaborate with litigation teams and support staff
  • Manage court deadlines and filing requirements
  • Review case strategy and identify procedural opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • 3+ years of civil litigation and law & motion experience preferred
  • Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills
  • Experience with California state court procedures
  • Federal court experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Familiarity with legal software and e-filing platforms
