Description:

We are seeking a Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance lawyer from law school class years 2020 to 2022 to join our team. Qualified candidates must have experience in advising public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance matters, including experience advising on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and writing and research skills.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $365,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
