Paul Hastings' Private Equity Group is seeking a 3rd-5th Year Corporate Associate to join our team in DC. Candidates must have experience representing private equity sponsors in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies.Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing with the DC Bar. Strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
