What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in landlord/tenant disputes and handle cases independently from start to closure.
- Draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and appear in virtual and in-person court proceedings.
- Provide strategic counsel to landlords, property managers, and business owners, helping them navigate legal complexities.
- Collaborate with our team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Occasionally teach and present legal concepts to the public.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who's adaptable, driven, and eager to make an impact. Here's what we value:
- Credentials: Licensed attorney in Washington State (we may consider candidates awaiting bar results with relevant experience).
- Experience: 0–5 years of experience in landlord/tenant law or real estate law preferred.
- Skills: Strong research, writing, organizational, and case management abilities. Confidence in the courtroom and with clients is a must.
- Attitude: Positive, resourceful, and excited to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with virtual court hearings, remote collaboration tools, and legal technology.
