We are seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of fund experience to join our Private Fund Formation (https://foleyhoag.com/industries-practices/private-capital/private-fund-formation/) team. This position will be based in our Boston office.Compensation range is $250,000 to $345,000 commensurate with related experience and qualification. The salary of the candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the firm's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
