Description:
Seeking a midlevel associate to join the labor management relations team
within our global labor and employment practice. The successful
applicant should have experience with many of the following: advising
employers with regard to federal labor laws, including compliance
advice, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, ULP and R
cases before the National Labor Relations Board and related Federal and
State Court litigation. The position may be resident in any of our US
offices and you must be an active member of the bar in the state of the
Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying.
