A Multidisciplinary, International Law Firm is seeking an Attorney with 5+ years of experience for
its Banking and Financial Services business unit. This candidate must
have relevant experience in public finance. This attorney will advise
clients on public finance transactions, including bond issuances,
tax-exempt financings, and infrastructure projects. All candidates
should have experience working on the structuring, documenting, and
closing of taxable and tax-exempt financing transactions. Ideal
candidates will be well versed in federal and state securities and tax
laws, as well as local borrowing laws. Candidates are expected to be
detail-oriented, should possess a solid work ethic, and strong
interpersonal skills. All candidates must be currently licensed to
practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
