Description:A Business & Litigation Law Firm seeks an experienced employment attorney to join our growing Management-Side Labor & Employment team in our Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate holds an active Wisconsin bar license and has five or more years of substantial experience in advice and counsel, as well as employment litigation, including navigating proceedings before administrative agencies, and defense litigation in federal and state courts. This position will handle issues for clients in the areas of wage/hour disputes, discrimination, and class actions, among others. Candidates must have a proven track record of preparing Motions for Summary Judgment specific to employment litigation. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to client service are required.
