Our Real Estate Department seeks an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our Milwaukee, Waukesha or Madison, WI office. A successful candidate will have experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, which may include acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, entitlements, construction law, tax incremental financing, and conventional financing. Experience in data center real estate transactions is ideal but not required.
Qualifications:
- Law degree (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
- License to practice in Wisconsin or eligibility to waive into Wisconsin Bar
- Superior academic credentials
