The Philadelphia office of A Dynamic International Law Firm is seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Associate to join our growing and highly rated Labor & Employment practice. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience with hands-on complex employment-related litigation experience, including extensive discovery and motion practice. Strong writing skills a must. Specific experience working on trade secret/restrictive covenant matters and/or class litigation valued highly. Candidates should also have familiarity assisting with general employment counseling, including wage and hour matters (e.g., classifications, general compliance), accommodations and leaves of absence, and policy review.
