We are seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney, with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, to join our highly collaborative Philadelphia office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
  • Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Participating in investigations, motion practice, and trials

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of four years' experience in Employment and Commercial Litigation or Professional Liability
  • Labor and Employment Litigation experience, highly preferred
  • JD Degree with strong academic credentials
  • Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
  • Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, defending depositions, and arguing motions
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes
  • Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Base salary range: $130,000 - $180,000. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific offer. Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate's experience, skills, and job-related qualifications. Base salary represents just one component of the comprehensive Total Rewards package offered by Kaufman Dolowich, which also includes a discretionary and billable hours-based bonus program and a robust benefits offering for full-time employees.
