Description:
McCarter & English, LLP is seeking a junior or mid-level employee benefits associate for our Philadelphia office. Two or more years of employee benefits experience. Familiarity with Internal Revenue Code, Title I of ERISA, and related laws affecting tax-qualified employee retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and employee welfare benefit plans preferred. PA Bar Admission required. Strong academic record required. Salary range for this position is $175,000-200,000, depending on experience.Benefits (if FTE requirements met):
