LLG is a rapidly growing boutique-style law firm focused on business and real estate litigation. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Litigation Attorney to join our Tustin office. Candidates should have 1-3 years of legal experience, with a preference for experience in business or real estate litigation and client intake. Experience evaluating potential claims, conducting initial client consultations, and assisting with litigation matters is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail are essential.

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality legal services during both the intake and litigation processes, ensuring potential cases are thoroughly evaluated, and supporting all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Superior analytical skills, professional judgment, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Currently licensed to practice law in the State of California.
1-3 years of legal experience, preferably in client intake, civil litigation, or related areas.
Ability to assess potential claims, identify key issues, and recommend next steps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
High standards for thoroughness, professionalism, and client service.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple intake matters, and prioritize effectively.
Must be a team player, motivated, organized, and possess a strong work ethic.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Required experience: 1-3 years of legal experience

Required license or certification: Must be admitted and in good standing with the State Bar of California
