Job Description:Scheer Law Group, LLP (“SLG”) is an AV Rated firm with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County. SLG represents secured creditors, investors and property owners. We have a diverse and wide ranging client base from credit unions, banks and investors to commercial and consumer landlords. We are seeking to expand our landlord/tenant and unlawful detainer practice. We have an excellent reputation and are well known in our industry. We will place a qualified candidate in either our San Rafael or Orange County office and would consider hybrid or remote. We have a dedicated staff who work well together and support each other.
Work Location: In person or hybrid, remote will be considered
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an attorney who has at 2 to 5+ years' experience and wants to expand his or her skills with our firm. If you have at least two years' experience with landlord-tenant matters we would be interested in meeting you. A successful candidate would need to demonstrate a following:
- Two year or more experience handling landlord-tenant matters on the landlord side.
- Stable Job history.
- Knowledge and understanding of California Civil Procedure and property management matters.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
