Overview:Nelson Mullins law firm is looking to add a Junior Commercial Litigation Associate to its National Arbitration Litigation & Employment Team. This position is open to the Boston, Atlanta, Charlotte, D.C., and New York office locations. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries. This is not an entry-level position.

The National Arbitration Litigation & Employment Team at Nelson Mullins Is a Litigation Team that Covers Most of The East Coast. the Team Has Many Litigation Focuses Such as High Stakes Business Litigation and Class Action Defense, Fin Tech/cryptocurrency Litigation, and Government Investigations and White-Collar Defense. Clients Include Financial Institutions, Fortune 500 Companies, Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds, and Companies/individuals Involved in The Cryptocurrency Industry in A Wide Array of Internal/government Investigations and Commercial Litigation. We Know You:
You Are a Junior Litigation Associate with Meaningful Commercial Litigation Experience. Prior Service as A Federal Law Clerk Is a Plus. Your Background Includes Legal Research and Writing, Discovery, Drafting and Arguing Motions and Taking and Defending Depositions. Experience in The Area of Class Action Defense, Financial Services, And/or Government/internal Investigations Is a Plus but Not a Requirement. You Possess Exceptional Oral and Written Advocacy Skills and Have Strong Academic Credentials.

At Nelson Mullins, We Are Dedicated to Transparent and Fair Compensation Practices. Pay for This Position Is Determined by Factors Such as Experience, Skills, and Location.
The Salary/wage Range for This Position Is $200,000 - $230,000 Annually. in Addition to Base Pay, Employees May Be Eligible for Performance Bonuses and Benefits Such as Healthcare, Retirement Plans, and Paid Time Off.
