The Boston office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking experienced associates to join its Investment Funds practice. The candidate should have at least three years of experience in investment fund formation and regulation. Responsibilities include drafting disclosure, negotiating investment management agreements and interpreting applicable regulations, including the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and commodity regulation. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.Target Salary Range: $260,000 - $420,000
