Position Overview:
As a Junior Associate Attorney, you will handle a range of family law matters under the supervision of one of our senior attorneys , including client communication, drafting pleading, responding to discovery requests, reviewing and organizing financial information and representing clients in court. This is a hybrid job allowing attorneys to work part-time remotely and part-time in the office.

Responsibilities:

Manage family law cases including divorce, parenting plans, child support, and domestic violence matters
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
Attend court appearances
Collaborate with legal assistants and other team members

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Washington State Bar membership (or pending admission)
New attorneys welcome; some family law or litigation experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
