Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions group in our Dallas, Chicago or St. Louis office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of general corporate/transactional experience and a desire to join a team that primarily represents private equity clients operating within multiple industry verticals. This attorney will have the opportunity to engage in various transactional matters including structuring joint ventures and pooled-investment vehicles for clients pursuing real estate and private credit investments. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: Salary will range between $240,000 – $390,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
