Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance Department seeks an associate with 3-6 years of significant insurance coverage litigation experience to join the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating first-party insurance claims, with an emphasis on breach of contract and bad faith claims. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of litigation, such as taking and defending depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. The role involves active participation in expert inspections and the preparation and review of expert reports, with opportunities to participate in trials.
