We are seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our market leading, Chambers-ranked Secondaries Investment Funds team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of cutting-edge secondary investment transactions, providing legal support for continuation fund transactions, LP-led secondaries, fund formations, and other types of secondary market transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong legal expertise in private equity, secondaries, and fund-related transactions, with the ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment. General corporate experience is helpful but not required. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.
