Our International Trade practice is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of post-JD experience to join the Washington, DC office.

Qualified Candidates Will Have Experience in the Following Areas:
  • Counseling clients on a broad range of U.S. regulatory issues involving international trade.
  • Demonstrated experience in sanctions and export controls including advising clients regarding economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
  • Experience with trade remedies a plus but not required.

  • Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
