Job Requirements:
Our International Trade practice is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of post-JD experience to join the Washington, DC office.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
  • Counseling clients on a broad range of U.S. regulatory issues involving international trade.
  • Experience with the U.S. trade remedy laws (especially AD/CVD) and litigation before the trade agencies and U.S. Court of International Trade.
  • Experience in sanctions and export controls including advising clients regarding economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor
  • Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
  • Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
