Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates to join the Antitrust practice group in its Washington, DC office. Candidates will be required to advise on US antitrust laws, including complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, unilateral conduct, private litigations, and counseling. Candidates must have at least three years of antitrust experience at a nationally recognized law firm or federal government agency, preferably with merger clearance experience. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential to effectively manage client relationships. Candidates who are well organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated are encouraged to apply.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. The target salary range for this role is below. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program. Target Salary Range: In Washington, DC, the estimated target salary range for this role is $260,000 - $365,000.
