Seeking an associate attorney with 2-7 years of patent litigation experience to join our firm's Intellectual Property Group in one of our Ohio or DC offices. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery, and preparing for trial. Must also possess superior research, analytical, oral, and written communication skills and thrive in a team environment.Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and licensed to practice in Ohio.
