A Woman Owned & Managed Law Firm is looking for an Experienced Family Law Attorney with Family Law Litigation & Courtroom Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence
Ability to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively in emotional and high-stress situations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Extremely professional demeanor, in person and on the telephone
Strict attention to detail
Reliable transportation and ability to interact with Court personnel
Ability to effectively multi-task
Excellent Advocacy skills

Position requirements include the following:

JD and Ohio Bar Exam results indicating passage
Minimum of 3 years' experience working on family law issues
Must have litigation and courtroom experience
Ability to juggle a full case load schedule
Minimum of 108 billable hours required per month
Must spend minimum of two hours per week networking
Notary Public Certification, or willingness to quickly test for and obtain
Ability to help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action
Ability to divide marital assets, including real estate & retirement accounts for high-net-worth cases & resolve complex property issues
Willingness to test for Family Law Certification when eligible, if not already obtained
Effectively litigate and advocate for clients when attending court proceedings
Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases
