A Business Litigation Law Firm seeks a talented Insurance Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct depositions.
  • Develop litigation strategies.
  • Draft litigation papers.
  • Manage cases independently.
  • Perform investigations.
  • Prepare cases for trial.
  • Report to insurance carriers and other clients.
  • Summarize medical document review.

Our new Litigation Associate will also be exposed to preparing motions, conducting examinations under oath and depositions, and conducting extensive document review in sophisticated insurance litigation.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the New York State Bar.
  • 2-5 years of experience in insurance litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced attorneys.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
