We have an immediate opening in our virtual office, The Link, for an Insurance Defense Attorney with at least five years of experience with automobile insurance defense, including minimum financial responsibility. This role will help lead a national counsel team in the management of personal injury and property damage cases relating to the minimum financial responsibility limits mandated by applicable state law.Candidates should have an active Georgia bar license and reside in Georgia. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. This position will have the possibility of a flexible billable-hour requirement.
The candidate must be adept at leveraging technology, including AI, and be willing to learn Firm-approved tools. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, the organizational skills to handle a nationwide docket of cases and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
