We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated interest in these growth industries with 5-7 years' of relevant and broad corporate experience. We particularly value experience in startups, venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets (including IPOs and de-SPAC transactions), and/or general ‘34 Act reporting.
