Manage a diverse caseload involving personal injury law, and other insurance defense matters, ensuring timely progression of each case
Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case strategy and legal arguments
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and other legal documents with precision and clarity
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings with confidence and professionalism
Collaborate with experts across various fields strengthen case positions
Maintain meticulous case files and documentation in accordance with legal administrative standards

Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in New York
Proven experience practicing insurance defense or related litigation areas such as personal injury and medical malpractice
Demonstrated proficiency with legal research platforms like LexisNexis
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive legal documents and correspondence
Prior legal experience supporting case management and client communication is preferred
