We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex insurance disputes, analyze policy language, and provide strategic legal advice on coverage issues across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including litigation, legal research, and negotiation, with a passion for delivering clear, actionable insights. As an integral part of our organization, you will advocate for clients' interests while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance policies and coverage documents to determine scope and applicability of coverage in complex claims.
- Draft detailed legal memos, coverage letters, pleadings, and other documents with precision and clarity.
- Negotiate settlement agreements and coordinate with clients, insurers, and external counsel to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Represent clients in negotiations and litigation proceedings related to insurance claims or coverage disputes.
Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance coverage analysis or related litigation roles.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex policy language and apply it effectively in legal contexts.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills with experience drafting legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Prior litigation experience is a plus.

Annual billable hours requirement of 1,850 which can include what other firms traditionally consider non-billable work such as business and client development, MCLE and educational events,
