Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking Mid-Level Associates with at least three years of experience to join the firm's market-leading practice. Ideal candidates will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. Asset based lending experience a plus but not required. The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds and hedge funds. Associates may sit in our Los Angeles or Orange County office. Strong academic credentials, law firm experience and admission to the California Bar are required.
