We are seeking two enthusiastic and compassionate attorneys to join our team in Dayton. One attorney should have primarily workers' compensation experience and the other should have primarily personal injury experience. - Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Pay range is $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. Compensation includes life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), and more.
Responsibilities:
- Representing injured people in workers' compensation claims and in personal injury matters.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Draft legal documents, briefs, motions, and other court filings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, case workers, and experts to build strong cases.
- Manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with other attorneys and administrative team members.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Ohio.
- Passion for helping others, particularly those with injuries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 to 5 years of legal experience preferred.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing as part of a supportive team.
